ClickUp AI training - so we can train it to understand our unique setups
Guy Mannerings
I think we need a ClickUp AI training area, so we can train ClickUp AI on how we have set up our Workspaces, how Custom Fields work with each other/what they mean, etc.
I think ClickUp AI will only ever really work well if it can really understand users' unique setups and how Custom Fields all relate to each other across Lists/Folders/Spaces/Everything, their priorities, their groupings, etc.
Right now, ClickUp AI has no way to know this, unless it reads the information in the Custom Field description area.
But, even then, even if it does read Descriptions, it will not KNOW how fields relate to each other, or what part they play in the grand scheme of your Workspace, or an individual Location (as a custom field could work differently for each List/Folder/Space, depending on how you use it), unless we have a way of telling it.
Maybe we need a ClickUp AI training area, where we can describe to it how Custom Fields relate to each other, and what they do, on a Location-by-Location basis.
Maybe it could take the form of a kind of Mind Map, where we can link things together, or show hierarchies, or show groupings.
Maybe it would be text-based.
Maybe it learns over time.
In any case, it needs training for our UNIQUE setups, as every individual/team will have their Workspaces set up different to other people. That is a big reason people choose ClickUp - because it is customisable. So we need to be able to train ClickUp AI to work for our ways of working.
That would also allow you to do many more things with ClickUp AI than if it does not really understand. Like generating Docs automatically based on Lists, or referencing other Lists than the one you are on. Or understanding Tasks across Spaces. Or answering questions on a Task level, Lists levels, or a Workspace level, and so on, whilst also understanding how the view you are looking at might relate (or might not) to other areas of your Workspace.
It will only ever work really well if we can train it.
