Clear cached form data when tab is closed

Currently, when submitting a form and no longer needing to do so, if you close it out, and then re-open the form at a later date, the previous data is still within the form. This requires agents to clear their cache on bug forms then or submit via incognito mode, which is inefficient. Clearing of the form data makes more sense.

We use the form in an iFrame in Salesforce for our support escalation process and this is causing issues and confusion for our team as well and after working with our integration I learned this is by design and it is somewhat understanding however we would love a cancel option at minimum.
