Choose Calendar views that show Google Calendar Events
Amanda Kolbye
Hi! I love the Gcal sync to my clickup but want to be able to toggle on for just one list's calendar view to show my gcal events instead of automatically having ALL the calendars in clickup with the Gcal events

iOS Planner / Calendar view: show Google Calendar events together with ClickUp tasks in one weekly grid

Atilla Koszecz
On iPhone (iOS), when I open Planner, I only see Google Calendar events, but not ClickUp tasks.
When I open a Calendar view (e.g. an Everything-level Calendar view), I can see ClickUp tasks, but I cannot toggle/show my connected Google Calendar events there (the “Your calendars” controls that exist on desktop are missing on mobile).
Request: Please add the ability on iOS to display Google Calendar events alongside ClickUp tasks in the same weekly grid calendar view, similar to the desktop Planner experience.

Choose which calendars (Gcals, etc) show on mobile in "Today" and "My Calendar" (and other "My Tasks" areas)

We desperately need a way to choose which calendars (like which Google calendars) show on mobile in the "Today" section and the "My Calendar" section, and other "My Tasks" areas.
This used to be an option, but, for some reason, was removed.
I don't need all my Google calendars showing, making it look like I have tonnes of tasks due today, or making my calendar unreadable.
Likewise, I have ClickUp tasks syncing to a certain Google calendar - I don't need that calendar showing duplicates.
We should be able to choose in a settings page (like there used to be) exactly which calendars show.
There should be separate settings for "Today" (and other "My Tasks" pages) and "My Calendar".
We also need to choose if ClickUp items show.
This would match the desktop experience.

This is a big one - I’m a new client and was surprised by the experience on mobile (and not in a good way). It makes the calendar view essentially unusable on mobile

Hey Joey ! Any news on this?
Android ClickUp Calendar and Today views are a mess because we can't turn off Google Calendar like we used to be able to. They are just full of Google Calendar items instead of CU items only.
I don't want to see my Google Calendars in my CU 99% of the time.
It makes Today view and Calender view almost impossible to use at this point.

Also, respect this on mobile.
I have a filtered calendar list view on the Everything level that shows specific tasks matching filters. It does NOT show Google Calendar events (correct behaviour). Works fine on desktop. On Android, it incorrectly shows all my Google calendar events as well. It should not do this as I do not have them show on desktop. Joey

Guy Mannerings: An engineer is working on this right now! I will let you know when we have the fix tested and I can get you a testing build to make sure it fixes your problem.

It would be incredibly helpful to reintroduce the ability to select which calendars appear on mobile, particularly in the “Today,” “My Calendar,” and other “My Tasks” sections. Having control over visible calendars would prevent clutter and make daily planning much clearer and more manageable.
At the moment, displaying https://minecrftpatch.com all connected Google calendars can make it seem like there are far more tasks due than there actually are, and can also create duplication when ClickUp tasks are synced. Allowing users to toggle specific calendars—and choose whether ClickUp items appear—would greatly improve clarity.
Ideally, separate settings for “Today” (and other task views) and “My Calendar” should be available, just like on desktop. Bringing back this level of customization would create a more consistent, streamlined, and user-friendly mobile experience.

This is nuts. I have all my wifes appointments appearing in my clickup mobile app. Currently this makes clickup mobile unusable. Seriously poor form Clickup that we can't switch off various calendars.

awesome to see Outlook calendar events become visible on Clickup mobile. Now I just need a way to hide certain calendars.
