Chat sidebar with similar design to people sidebar

Hi guys,
I know there are several suggestions of chat, but I quickly just wanted to give my own take on this matter. Chat would make our company move from teams/slack completely.

Great idea Tomas Marusic! I just wanted to suggest something similar and add a "Profiles" Menu item to the left sidebar where you can access a list of all users, see their status, access their profiles etc.
Combining that with a chat feature on the right side, is also a GREAT alternative!

It would be cool to have a way to easier access all profiles globally even if the chat feature will be postponed.
