The web application shows people custom fields as small icons with only their first initial or their picture, which is not very useful when viewing large lists as you have to hover over or click on each individual to expose their full name. On the desktop application, which most people on my team don't use, the people custom fields default to showing a user's full name. Can the same behavior be brought over to the web application?
