The ability to create and manage signatures centrally so they can be shared or made available to other users

This would help greatly for Spaces using the Email in ClickUp feature where there are many agents and a default (manageable) signature is needed across the board.

It could also include the ability to set variables e.g $name and rules to auto apply to certain teams and/or lists
