(Submitted via Support Ticket) When I go to Users / Guests, I only see all invited guests, but I shared different projects with them and I don't see which ones with whom.
This way I feel like I have no control at all - I need to see them all listed in one place and specified exactly what they have access to.

Ivan Villa While the new user interface controls to show any shared lists/folders/tasks for a particular guest is very helpful (especially revoking or changing the permissions), it does not appear as though you can add access here. Will/can there be additional updates to this functionality to allow adding access for guests in this location? Creating new guest accounts with numerous shared access folder/lists/tasks is tedious as we currently need to navigate to each location separately to grant access, so it would be extremely helpful to just come here and grant shared access in on place for multiple locations).

Much needed for agencies to manage guests (clients, contractors, etc).

We are running into problems with guest management. With many guest accounts, it becomes difficult to audit, modify, and otherwise manage/see what access a guest account has been granted. It is very cumbersome to drill into each folder and list to see if a user is granted or not granted access there.
Other feature requests about "testing a role" to see what the ClickUp account would look like to a guest user would be great, but first, I think a simple single page management solution, perhaps on or linked to the existing manage guest accounts page would be optimal as a first step.

+1 From Me! We need a way to open someone's profile and see a hierarchy of all space, folder, and list access and permission levels. This is what is holding back our organization from inviting 600+ people to ClickUp.

We often only want to share specific tasks with our clients. Without a central place to see what we've assigned to people, it's impossible to keep track of what they can see without going through every single task. As an alternative it would be nice to give them access to just one (their) status.
