Central location to view individual form submission

With an entire company using ClickUp and teams sending requests to other teams, it is vital to organization and project management to have a central location where one can track all of the various submissions sent to other teams. I should be able to view all the submissions I've sent to Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, etc., in one place.

This would be AMAZING! It is tedious to have to go back and search for intakes I submit to other teams to star them / ensure I am a follower on the task. This would greatly enhance and speed up our workflow + help keep us organized.
