My suggestion:

what would be useful would be to have a compact view of a monthly grid, including the names of resources and their percentage of workload used, rounded up.

For examplae we have set up this draft excel file:

Our context: we are using the workload view on Clickup mainly "statically". I mean that we create fake macro tasks spreaded over the required weeks, without using the real micro tasks, because with really short tasks (hours) is obviously not practical to build a capacity file.

So this could be separated from the real job tasks.
