First of all thank you for version 4.0 which is really great! We are currently looking at how to migrate from Slack to ClickUp.
However, there are a few black spots that seem essential to me:
  • It should be possible to detach the call window. When the interlocutor shares a screen, we would like to be able to detach the window to put it on the other screen and thus work on click up in parallel.
  • I suppose it's a fairly complex feature but it would have been GREAT to find a dynamic pen system like Slack to write about screen sharing! When you need to explain things and indicate where the person should click, etc., this is an essential feature in terms of efficiency and time savings!
  • You should have the ability to pin messages for everyone in a channel. I was a bit surprised that this feature was not present!
