We already have a codeblock widget for descriptions. Can we get a button to insert a codeblock in comments?

It is already possible to copy and paste a codeblock from the description to the comments editor and have it keep the formatting, so this seems like a button thing.

In fact, maybe having the editor toolbar in comments, would completely fix this and allow for some other features. Thanks @zeb!
