Eric Wightman: I am not sure that entirely completes the Feature request, you still cannot make mutiple tasks private/available only to certain people. Is this planned?

Eric Wightman: I second what Adam Peterka said below. This task is only half complete. We aren't able to bulk select tasks and then share them. Each task has to be shared individually. Please advise.

What I and many others are requesting is for the word "bulk" to apply to the on a per user basis. Having a place for me to review an individual user and easily adjust their various permissions all in one place.

Eric Wightman: Please change this status as it is not yet complete. Like Naomi said, you've added "bulk" functionality to the users, but there is still no way to share—change the permissions on—more than one task at a time.

The current fix, as I mention in my comment above, is applying the work "bulk" to a of users. Yes, I get from your video that you can adjust the permissions of users within that team, but it's still an adjustment based off of bulk team permissions.

The other Canny thread you link to re using the multitask toolbar is applying the word "bulk" to tasks & lists. It's getting closer, but still a bit of a workaround. (Unless you select everything within your entire workspace all at once, which seems unwieldy.)

What many of us are looking for on this thread, and why we feel it should not be marked complete, is a place to look at an member or guest and see a list of everything they have access to with related permissions levels. In that list, we would then like to be able to toggle permission on & off or change permission levels. Again, this is looking at individual users. Not teams, not a group of lists or tasks. But seeing that Jane Smith has access to these 10 things within the whole workspace, and being able to adjust Jane Smith's permissions easily from that one list.

Does that make more sense?

Eric Wightman: It seems that this feature is not complete per the requests in this thread. While this fix may have created a sort of user group for which certain broad-level permissions settings apply, we would like a way to view and adjust the settings across several tasks and locations for a user in one single spot per each user. Will you give me an update as to whether there is a feature that works this way, or something similar in the works? Thanks!
