Bulk import Docs

From support ticket: I have lots of docs in different programs and I'd like to bring them all into ClickUp using an import tool, instead of having to do it one by one on each Doc page, and from only my computer.

I want to follow up on Justin's comment below and say that we ARE working on our first bulk doc import: Confluence

i have more than two years of project related docs in Obsidian markdown that id like to push to clickup to become team available. doing this one by one is not doable.
a bulk import is needed here! or a workaround if there is one. this is a major break in usability when advertising "we can import from all the tools", html and markdown.
i don't expect internal links to work (even though this would be awesome), but I'd expect import to be easy. also creating tasks from markdown tasks would be a dream

Hey all! This is still a priority for us, but we need more technical review. I will stay on top of this and keep you all updated, but please feel free to keep the feedback coming!

This would help with migrating all of our company documents by saving LOADS of time.

The ability to bulk import a collection of markup files (organised within a ZIP file) will literally save us 100s of hours of manually importing page by page. Is this feature really 'in development'? :fingers-crossed:

I would highly recommend first implement an export/backup feature of ALL Docs.
No serious business can enter their internal documentation into a system without the ability to make a regular backup.
This is even required from regulatory side.

This is a much needed feature. Otherwise it'd be quite a challenge to move our Notion content over.

Still unable to import word documents, despite the imports page giving the impression clickup is able to import most files from other providers.
Looking at prior comments this has been an outstanding issue since at least 2020.

I agree this would be very beneficial! I would like to move our documentation into ClickUp (currently held in Google Docs) so they are more directly accessible from the tasks assigned to the team. Additionally, having the teams' regularly-referenced documents in ClickUp will drive them to engage more with the system and improve adoption. Right now, this would by a one-by-one task and there's not a chance I can get them on board with that amount of work. Thank you!

Can someone from the Clickup team give us a rough date when we will be able to bulk import Confluence docs? I would appreciate it if you can manage our expectations when it comes having this feature ready?
Also do you think meanwhile Clickup team can support us case by case in bulk uploading the documents from your side? For example, we give you the ZIP file and you uploaded it from the system.
We have years worth of documents on confluence and migrating them is the only pending item on our migration from JIRA.
Thanks
