Bulk export all DOCS to PDF (& MS WORD)
Benjamin
We should have the ability to export all docs on a space / folder / list / basis in bulk instead of having to do them all individually.

I was working on an importer for my app.
I wanted to have all the nested documents under the document 'Balance' be exported from ClickUp and then import those nested documents in my App's project.
However.. it seems we only have the ability to export our entire ClickUp space.. or an individual file. Which makes the task of applying the balance I documented in ClickUp a very tedious and time consuming task..

Another open and standard format is markdown.
But the main subject here is that we should be able to get it at once. Globally.

A very good feature would be exporting your Docs in Microsoft Word format.

Would be a really good feature or provide a backup solution for docs

Would be a really useful feature, even for individual entrepreneurs.

Not sure if other are aware that you can export multiple docs to PDF, HTML and Markdown today?!
Start by adding children docs under a top level docs.
Then share the parent doc which will share all children doc as well
Hope that help ;)

Must have! Right now, we consider what to do with our knowledge base which is kept if files (docx). I thought about Google or MS365, but... Paying another licences only to have online documents, while we have ClickUp is multipling costs.
The thing that stop us is lack of ability to export all docs (one by one and mass export) to PDF and DOCX (ODT). Just to have backup. Lots of knowledge, so we must have backup.
Another thing is, to have option what should be seen in exported PDF or DOC document. Now, when you export doc do PDF, "owner", "contributor", "last updated" is lost. It is important, because, some of docs we need to print, and we have to know which version we is printed.

Commenting in the hope that someone sees it at ClickUp & offers a update Zeb

Hey, Benjamin! Jumping in for Zeb. Thanks for checking in on the status of this feature request! We currently do not have any update to share on this feature request, but our product team will be sure to update this post with any new details in the future!

Luci N.: What assurances we do have that our data is 100% safe,
What if ClickUp went bang, what then?
Are you able to export docs yourselves?

Luci N. I have the same concern thousands of others users are expressing across numerous feature requests like this. How can we rely on ClickUp as the foundation of our documentation (something ClickUp does very well actually) if we cannot backup + restore docs. This is 100% a dealbreaker for any enterprise organizations, anyone dealing with regulated data, or really any organization building any sort of substantial documentation in ClickUp as the risk of losing it is too high and entirely unaddressed 4-5 years after these feature requests were initially made.
Please prioritize these core features. They're 1000x more important than all the bells and whistles you keep adding when you lack critical foundational functionality that precludes a major segment of your potential market, specifically the largest and most sophisticated potential customers.
This continues to raise huge concerns for my company regarding ClickUp's priorities and product development process. Not only is this a huge and critical gap in functionality, it undermines our ability to trust and rely on your entire company and product, and suggests serious problems in your prioritization and decision making.

I would add that I think an under addressed use case for clickup is novel and screenplay writing. Any kind of long form fiction content could really benefit from the project management features, but currently the limited export options make it hard to commit to ClickUp as a place to build such projects. Everything else in my life is in there, I would love it if my novel writing could be too. But I would really need some kind of assurance that a publisher could get the material out and into a format they want other than a PDF or markdown. Ebook formats would be great for self-publishers as well.

Yes, please make an improvement to bulk download assets. As suggested by the ClickUp team, we created multiple asset libraries and now we need to download them into a DAM tool. We now feel stuck as there is no easy way to download multiple files
