We use ClickUp to manage active Social campaigns and having a way to manage monthly budgets out to a certain range and to collapse or hide that would make this process much easier as we currently have individual custom fields for each month.

In addition to this, we use Formula Custom Fields that reference those breakouts and even when the initial breakout field is empty, the formula fields always display $0 and this makes the task views look busy and cluttered even when empty fields are hidden.
