When a user encounters repeated hallucinations or errors in a Brain conversation, there is currently no low-friction way to:
See timestamps on individual prompts and responses. Brain conversations do not display when each message was sent. This makes it difficult to reference specific moments, correlate with logs, or report issues with precision.
Export or share a full Brain conversation thread. There is no "copy full thread" or "export to Doc" option. Users cannot unfurl all their prompts at once for a screenshot, and there is no shareable link to a specific conversation. The only option is manually screenshotting individual messages.
Submit a Brain conversation directly to Support. The thumbs up/down training buttons exist, but when a user encounters a serious issue (like repeated hallucinations), there is no way to send the full thread to Support without manually copy-pasting or relying on an external tool (e.g., Claude) to unfurl the conversation.
Use case: A user reported Brain hallucinating incorrect UI instructions three times in a single conversation. They wanted to share the exact thread with Support but had no native way to do so. They had to manually transcribe the conversation into an email because there was no export, no link, and no timestamps to reference.
