Billing Dispute - Charges for Unaccepted Invitation

Dear ClickUp Billing Team,
I am writing to formally dispute charges incurred on my account over the past two months for a team member/guest invitation that was never accepted.
It is my position that billing should not commence until an invitee has accepted their invitation and begun actively using ClickUp services. Charging for unused, unaccepted seats is neither transparent nor equitable to your customers. I respectfully request a review of this charge and a refund for the affected billing period. I also encourage your team to consider implementing a safeguard within the billing system that verifies invitation acceptance before initiating charges. I raise this matter in good faith, with the intent of helping improve both your service and the trust your customers place in your billing practices.
