For instance, Digibeacon, my company, caters to customers in the APAC region, particularly in the Philippines. Consequently, customers in this region are required to make payments directly to us via bank transfer. Therefore, we are responsible for issuing the billing, invoice, or receipt to the customer, as we pay ClickUp directly for the annual license. The solutions partner needs access to manage and issue receipts or invoices on the customer's billing page workspace.
