I want to be able to highlight better and more key metrics in dashboards at a portfolio level. For example % of Red/at risk projects, number of projects open in the last month, number of projects closed in the last month, planned vs actual completion dates, moved completion dates etc.

Currently I have to pull all of this information out manually across the portfolio
