Hello ClickUp Team,
I would like to request a feature similar to Airtable’s “linked records” functionality, where records from different tables or bases are connected and any updates made in one record are automatically reflected across all linked records. This feature greatly enhances data consistency and reduces the need for manual updates.
Use Case:
Currently, in Airtable, when I update information in one linked record, all connected records in other tables or bases are automatically updated. This functionality is essential for managing complex workflows involving interconnected data. For example, if I update a client’s contact information in one table, it is immediately reflected in all associated project records without any additional effort.
Benefits:
Enhanced Data Consistency: Automatic synchronization across linked records ensures that all data remains up-to-date, eliminating the risk of outdated information.
Reduced Manual Effort: This feature minimizes the need for repetitive updates, saving time and reducing the potential for human error.
Improved Workflow Efficiency: By linking related data, teams can manage and reference information more efficiently, leading to smoother operations and better decision-making.
Why This Feature is Important:
Due to the absence of this feature, I am currently unable to fully transition to ClickUp, as my workflows heavily rely on automatic updates across interconnected records. Implementing this feature would enable me and many others to utilize ClickUp more effectively for complex data management and project tracking.
Request:
Please consider adding a feature that allows for automatic updates across linked records, either within the same workspace or across different workspaces. This functionality would significantly enhance ClickUp’s capabilities and appeal to users who require dynamic data management.

Yeah they are halfway there, but not being able to drag down a selection is frustrating. It should also be possible to make tables the primary mode of a space instead of lists.
