We have a lot of Views where certain users have to Search for something to narrow down the results list. It would be very useful if we were able to manipulate the url with whatever the search was run on (add parameters), so that when we share a url with someone it would load the list and show only the results of the pre-determined search.

An example of something similar is how we are able to manipulate a Form url and share that out to make it pre-populate as shown here under the "Form URL structure" section:
