Awful Exports from Whiteboards

Hello, I'm having export problems as well: exporting a selected frame gives me a blank PNG.
I had to select all contained elements before exporting, but:
- it's not framed exactly like I want it, and can't cheat a white background because there's no white color :/
- I had to make sure all text boxes are wider than actually necessary because on the exported PNG the text goes on two lines (see attached example)
Also, when exporting through the top-right menu "..." it'd be great to be able to export all frames as PDF pages (or individual PNGs) — or even maybe be able to select which frames to export like in Adobe apps.

Sorry about that Claire Thomas! We're in the process of fixing a few bugs with Exports as we speak.
Would you mind please sharing more detail about your experience? It'd help us debug. For example:
- Which specific objects were on your whiteboard but missing from the import (e.g. tasks)?
- What format were you exporting the whiteboard in? (E.g. PDF)
- Was it a private/public whiteboard?
- Anything else you've observed?

Alex Omeyer (ClickUp)I have noticed that when exporting an image, it exports with a black boarder. When exporting PNG, it exports with that same boarder but empty. I wonder if there is a way to link this with "files" as a database reference so that you're always downloading the actual file uploaded! Similarly with video, may solve the 10mb file limitation?
Cheers

Arudz Goudsouzian: understood, thanks for clarifying. I'll add your feedback to our task tracking the bug to make sure these particular cases are addressed :)
