Sorry about that Claire Thomas! We're in the process of fixing a few bugs with Exports as we speak.

Would you mind please sharing more detail about your experience? It'd help us debug. For example:

Which specific objects were on your whiteboard but missing from the import (e.g. tasks)?
What format were you exporting the whiteboard in? (E.g. PDF)
Was it a private/public whiteboard?
Anything else you've observed?
