Automations on attachment custom fields are extremely limited. The only available trigger is 'from' and 'to' a defined file - in what circumstance is a user ever going to use that? To start with, an 'is uploaded/set' trigger would make it usable so we could automate eg. Trigger: a file being uploaded -> Action: File is saved to Google Drive through the integration.
