Could we create an Automation trigger within the "Due Date Arrives" or alongside it that would allow a selectable "Due Date Arrives Within" trigger? With this, an automation could be created where if the Due Date is within a certain time (say 10 days or 1 day - it would be selectable), we could change the assignee or status or whatever field would be helpful.
