Automation Folders
future
Mariana Irazu
For teams that rely heavily on Automations, having to scroll through dozens when one needs tweaking is quite annoying. Would be great to able to group them into a folder per location.
In my opinion, folders should be able to be toggled on/off and also duplicated to the same and new locations

Yes, for sure. And also, a way to order the automations in a list. They seem to order themselves in some arbitrary fashions, and I'm not sure what it is. Maybe I'll add that as a separate feature request.

Folders for Automations
Mariana Irazu
It would be great to be able to group and organize automations into folders. Additionally, the ability to 'turn of' an entire folder of automations would be great

Organizing Automations by Folder
Luís Buosi
I would like an update on the way I organize the automations of my space/list. Think about it: if I have 30 automations, it's extremely difficult to find the automation I want if it needs adjustments. If I could organize the order of the automations with a drag-and-drop feature and I could organize them by folder, it would be much easier!

folders and sorting in automations
Floris
It would really help to be able to sort automations and manage them in folders if you use a lot of them.
I'm currently working in an list that has over 30 automations in it, it is difficult to keep a clear overview on the big list.
The ability to put the in (sub)folders and have the ability to sort them would be a big improvement.

Organising automation by moving them
Sebastian Szczerbicki
The biggest problem I have with using automations is with organising. Sometimes I would like to move automations to have them organised. Especially in one project I have list that has over 100 automations and when I need to change or fix something it takes me many minutes to find the right automation. Ideally I would like to label them with a tag to filter them or add search bar to search by name and description. I know there's already been few tickets about those topics but it's been years. The ones I showed in attachment are pretty useless to me. Adding automation at any place would be nice too, currently new automations land at the bottom and the duplicated ones are ones under the duplicated automation and ones go to the bottom

Needed Feature: ability to drag & organize automations. Even something as simple as
C

Even something as simple as reorganizing if we name them using numbers. For example: 1 - automation name, 2 - automation name.
Can't believe they are just static in the order they were created, this is a no-brainer

Automations improvement – hierarchy / folders
Jeremy
Currently, automations in ClickUp are only displayed as a flat list. When you have a lot of them, it quickly becomes difficult to organize and maintain.
Proposal:
Allow creating a hierarchy or folders to group automations.
Example: folders by process, by team, or by type of action.
Goal: make management easier, find automations faster, and avoid duplicates.
This would make the tool much more efficient for teams working with a large number of automations.

Organize automations with tags
Jonathon Popphan
I'd like to be able to organize Automations with tags, similar to how one can use tags with tasks and Docs. This would make navigating a long list of automations easier.
Perhaps this could be part of a new Automations Manager that would also provide for keyword searching and the ability to filter based on specified criteria.
