We want to see if there are any automation failures in any of the automations of the Workspace.
This will be helpful for admins as when the Automation owner is not present/available then we can take it to debugging it

The admin visibility gap here is real — right now there's no easy way to get a workspace-level picture of what's failing unless you go hunting automation by automation. For admins covering for an absent owner, that's painful.
The "failure dashboard" framing adds something on top of just notifications: a queryable, persistent view of health across all automations. We've been hearing more about automation observability lately, and this is a good articulation of what the proactive admin experience should look like. Tracking it.
