Automation action to update user permissions

I would like to be able to dynamically adjust task permissions based on a trigger. Current use case in our workspace would be to limit member user access to tasks to view-only once the task is closed.
This is the exact functionality described on the ClickUp 'Use Automation Actions' help page for the 'Share task' action; however, this action is not actually available in any of the workspaces I have access to.
