It would be super great if we could do the following:
A document is created by a user
This document is in a "draft" state (only invited users an edit /see it)
Document is approved by the user (or another designated user)
Document is now in "published" state (only invited users can see it -Read only)
Document is assigned a version number (e.g 1.0)
Document is edited by the administrator(s)
Version 1.0 of the document is still the "active" document
A "draft" version is also available for editing (only invited users an edit /see it)
Draft is approved by the user (or another designated user)
Document is assigned a new version number (e.g 2.0)
Version 1.0 is "archived" but would still be available upon user request to view
(repeat cycle)
That would be super helpful for us all who may wish to keep everything in one place!
