Feature Request: Automatic Sharing of Notetaker Docs with Workspace Members
Description:
We would like the ability to automatically share newly created Notetaker Docs with all members of our ClickUp Workspace. When a Notetaker Doc is created (either manually or via the Meeting Notetaker feature), the Doc should be automatically shared with all workspace members, granting them view access by default.
Use Case:
Our team relies on Notetaker Docs for meeting notes and collaborative documentation. Currently, each Doc must be manually shared with the workspace, which is time-consuming and prone to oversight. Automatic sharing would ensure that all relevant team members have immediate access to important documentation, improving transparency and collaboration.
Requested Functionality:
Add an automation trigger for “When a Notetaker Doc is created.”
Add an automation action for “Share Doc with all workspace members” (with configurable access level, e.g., view or edit).
Optionally, allow this automation to be scoped to specific Spaces or Folders.

Saves time by eliminating manual sharing steps.
Ensures consistent access to meeting notes and documentation.
Reduces the risk of information silos or missed communications.
