We are on the Enterprise plan and have implemented Microsoft SSO. We would like to request a profile sync feature that automatically pulls each user’s name and profile picture from their Microsoft account into ClickUp.

This capability is important for delivering a consistent Enterprise level experience. We are currently running a pilot with 80 users and it has already become difficult to manage profile names and photos manually. As we scale toward 1000 plus employees, maintaining consistency between ClickUp and Microsoft without an automated sync will be unmanageable.

Adding this functionality to your SCIM implementation would resolve the issue and streamline user management across our organization.
