Automatic Context (Timestamp, Deep Link & Assignees) for Tasks Created from Video Proofing

The Problem:
Currently, when converting a video comment into a task, the workflow is fragmented. The assignee often lacks immediate context and has to manually search for the video file and the specific timestamp mentioned in the comment. Additionally, even if a user is @mentioned in the comment, they are not automatically assigned to the newly created task.
The Solution:
Improve the "Create Task" flow within the Video Proofing interface so that the resulting task automatically includes:
Deep Link to Timestamp: A direct link in the task description that opens the video at the exact second the comment was made.
Auto-Assignment via Mentions: If a user is @mentioned in the video comment, they should be automatically added as an Assignee to the task.
Video Reference: A clear link or attachment back to the original video file located in the parent task.
Why this is important:
Efficiency: Video editors and stakeholders save minutes per task by skipping the "search for context" phase.
Clarity: It eliminates ambiguity regarding which part of the video needs adjustment.
Accountability: Mentions-to-Assignees ensures that tasks don't get lost in notifications and have a clear owner from the start.
