We need agents to be able to perform certain tasks that are not yet possible through automation, but unfortunately, this is not currently possible! For example, we need to set access restrictions on tasks for teams where requests from each team should not be visible to other teams, so that each person can only see the tasks they have requested themselves. As a result, we need the ability for tasks to be automatically shared in such a way that, first, a task becomes private, and second, it is shared only between the requester and the task owner within the same unit. However, this feature does not exist, and it seems that this functionality is not defined for agents either. When an agent is instructed to make a task private and share it with specific people, it cannot do so. This limitation makes it practically impossible to handle routine processes like financial payment requests or legal contracts, where tasks need to be shared only among certain individuals, while everyone still needs access to the list to see their own tasks.

I have not found any solution for this concern in ClickUp, and I hope we will have this capability soon.
