Automate changing the emoji/icon on a document after a set amount of time
not on the roadmap
Marko Bjeković
Internally some documents when they are updated their emoji is changed to this blue circle or "freshly updated" state and after two weeks it's moved to the green circle "finished" state.
This is so everyone working on the project could glance at what was recently worked on in the docs and get quickly up to speed.
It would be great if there were this and other automations for docs.

We would love to use this to quickly identify docs that haven't been updated in a while and are due for review to ensure they don't get out of date. Example: we create a doc and give a glyph icon. We set the color to green to indicate it's ready to go and be used. After X amount of time (say, 6 months) it turns yellow to indicate it needs to be reviewed and either updated or changed back to green. If nothing is done with it, then it turns red after X amount of time (say 9 months from original creation). This would be a great document management feature to add!
