Small workspace (3 people). Every single meeting should default to Workspace Notetaker unless we override, but there's no way to set that. Auto-scheduling only supports Personal, which means we're either burning double usage minutes. manually moving notes into shared spaces so we can both see them, or manually switching every meeting in the Planner. A workspace-level setting for default notetaker type would fix this in one toggle. Or if we had the option to add the notetaken via our Outlook calendar via a url code we could set up with the right notetaker type for all of our meetings, if the concern is accidental sharing of private

This is a big deal and should absolutely be on the roadmap for the AI Notetaker!

Would also love to see documents with permissions so that an agent can interact with it as soon as the document has been created without updating the share settings. Would love to learn of any new updates or trial groups.

- Option to give access to a specific defaultSuper Agent by defult
- Customise the ClickBot message after the document is created
- For recurring meetings, automatically add the notes into specific client folder

Yes! Please I would like to be able to share the documents the AI notetaker automatically creates and be able to decide if I want them for admins, or all users + guests
