When multiple teammates from the same workspace are invited to a meeting, the system should automatically activate a Workspace (or Shared) Notetaker instead of letting each person's Personal Notetaker join separately.

Problem: Right now, if 5 people on a team all have their Personal Notetaker on auto-schedule, 5 bots join the same call, doing the exact same thing. This is confusing for external participants, wastes notetaker minutes, and creates duplicate notes.

Proposed solution: Add a rule or setting (workspace-level or per-calendar) like: "If 2+ workspace members are on the invite, use Shared Notetaker instead of Personal." If whole team is invited, use workspace note-taker.

This would eliminate the need to manually flip every recurring team meeting to Workspace Notetaker while still keeping Personal Notetaker active for external or solo calls.
