I sent this from 2021. Can we have an automation that would create a clickup doc and also be able to add data from the custom fields to the clickup doc? If this could be done then clickup would be perfect for a complete electronic health record system and could be used by hospitals and clinics. This would be a whole new industry.

I'm trying to use ClickUp docs for Release Notes. It would be extremely helpful to be able to easily link to and bring in data from custom fields in tasks. For example: we have a bug report task that is resolved and a custom field in the task where we describe the fix that was implemented. We are manually copying and pasting this information into an aggregate release notes document, but it would be much better if we could pull in that custom field data into the document, similar to how we can currently "Mention a Task" and pull in/link to the title of a task.

I want to be able to pull the sub task data into a scope of works document. I hate duplicating data entry. Clickup is the content hub but I don't know how to extract the data out and place that data into a document automatically?
