Add the option to export a report of the audit logs of all tasks that are open and closed.

Ability to disable export(without admin permission) and to check the history would be great

Audit Trails for Doc Exports, Downloads or Prints

As a user I would like to audit when anyone in my organization downloads, exports or prints a document in ClickUp.
Additionally, it would be nice to be able to simply disable the ability for all or some users to download, export or print a document in ClickUp.

Hey everyone! We're looking into building Audit Logs in ClickUp and would like your help informing what's important. Please take this short survey to share your feedback.

Hey Joel Kruger! Both of these items are things we're considering. More granular permissions is on the roadmap, but logging and audit trails are still something we're in the early discussions phase on. Where would you want to see the audit logs show up?

Justin Hunter: Thank you for your reply! I could see this going a few ways:
1.
I would like to be able to run a comprehensive audit report that includes every Doc in the entire ClickUp organization. (Every space, etc..). In this report, it should show a log of who downloaded, exported or printed any document since it was created and when.
It would make the most sense to include this feature in the main settings menu (Lower left-hand corner menu). The Audit Trail feature could have it's own sub-panel/menu there. Whenever an audit is complete, a report could pop up on the screen giving you the option to print it as a PDF.
2.
I would also like to be able to perform the same audit against a single Doc, a sort of audit "spot check". This should go in the 'Doc Settings' menu for every arbitrary Doc. I could see this menu option as a standalone feature in that list. Alternatively, it could make sense to tuck this single audit feature into the Doc History, perhaps in it's own tab or something similar.
Whenever an audit is complete, a report could pop up on the screen giving you the option to print it as a PDF. Then close the audit pop up when finished by clicking "X".
3.
Finally, bonus points if an alert email/slack can be sent out to notify a designated group or individual whenever a Doc has been downloaded, exported or printed. I think this should be configurable on a per Doc basis, in order to cut down on notification fatigue.
Thanks a lot for asking me for my feedback. Do we have any timeline for when this will (maybe) be released?
