Attachment upload progress bar

There is an upload progress bar when I add an attachment to the comments in a task. But when file added to Attachments there is no upload progress bar. Please can you implement same upload progress bar to attachments also.

I found myself doing a lot of uploads of larger files this weekend. The pain is real!! Working with design to see if they can come up with a nice way of showing an upload progress here :)

Ivan Villa: Hey, Ivan! It would be great if this was included in Form view too. Users are noting that when attaching a file to a Form, there is no progress indicator!

Ivan Villa: So glad this note has been added for forms - people filling in a from don't know that they are waiting for a confirmation screen and the bouncing circles in the submit button don't give any indication that the user still needs to wait - it means we have to follow up with people to get their files and they get infuriated with a from they have to fill in again and again.
