I'd like a better view of the unassigned tasks. It would be great to be able to assign a job role (i.e. art director, copy writer, etc.) to a task knowing that's the role that needs to fulfill that task but then be able to sort based on those roles that haven't been assigned to an actual user. Ex.

Task A needs an Art Director for 4 hours

Task B needs a Copy Writer for 8 hours

I have the following resources:

Bob (Art Director)

Suzy (Art Director)

Jon (Copywriter)

Mary (Copywriter)

I can look at Jon/Mary's capacity and then what work needs to be done by a copywriter and assign them.
