Assign Multiple Users to a Single Comment on a Subtask

It would be super helpful if we could assign a single comment to more than one person. Right now, it's limited to one person per comment, which can be a bit restrictive when multiple teammates need to take action on the same item.
Why this would be useful:
- Helps when a task or piece of feedback involves more than one person
- Cuts down on duplicate comments just to tag others
- Makes shared ownership clearer without needing extra back-and-forth
Example:
When we’re commenting on a thread that needs both design and dev input, it'd be great to assign that one comment to both people instead of splitting it up or relying on extra pings.

This would also be helpful for our org as well! An example for us, we have a dev, qa, product that can help validate and close an issue and if I add a comment tagging them all I would like more visibility by assigning it to all and allow a single person to mark resolved once complete.
