This used to exist in prior versions and now I cannot sort. I have added numbers to try to keep things in order, but it still does not keep things aligned sometimes. Really need this feature!!

This is a huge pain point, please add this feature to your road map!

This was raised 7 years ago and still no implementation. This needs to be prioritised as it's such an important feature.

we have been using CU since 2019 and one thing which i have never understood is that while CU management seems to be desperate to add all and every fancy features , 90 % of which must not be used by 90% of the users but not add such basic feature such as this is not being done sin ce 2018. there are many other such basic features which need to be added and also the speed needs to improve but that is not being focused on

I'd love to see this. The only way I can currently sort subtasks is by clicking on the parent task and then in that view reviewing the subtasks section. But I would love to be able to sort those subtasks when they are expanded from the parent task in List view.

Any news here?

5 years later (wow) and I'm really waiting for this to be fixed, it's very frustrating not to be able to view subtasks sorted the same way as the parent tasks in the list !
