It would be nice to be able to select to have sydonames for users within the Workspace, or have the ability to remain anonymous while still being able to interact with other members within the Workspace.

Ability to make people who write on the board anonymous - A toggle would be ideal.
This is specially useful while doing Sprints Retrospectives that are meant for Developers to give feedback.
There are a lot of ways to do Retros (see https://www.funretrospectives.com/) and most of them are anonymous.
