Shopping Mode
Eric Holmberg
I use Todoist for shopping and it works great with a "Shopping" list with a task for each store and subtasks which are the items that I need to buy. I would love to switch to ClickUp.
For Clickup, I created a shopping project with common stores (Groceries, DIY, etc) listed under it. Each item on the shopping list is a separate task and if more than one person is doing the shopping, we split up the list and get it done in less time.
For this to work with ClickUp, the mobile apps need to a mode such as the List view with the following features:
1) filter by assignment - I typically want to focus on what is on my list
2) a way to close an item quickly and easily from the list view. Swiping is the intuitive way, but that is currently assigned to moving between the box view, list view, and board view. Another option would be to add an icon just to the left of the owner of the task that says "close". Bonus points if there is a way to move it to "open" again which could mean "store doesn't have it, we need to move it to another store's list" after we are done here.

Hey Eric,
I'm not part of the ClickUp team, but I wanted to let you know there's a feature request for "Swipe to Close Tasks" functionality on mobile devices. It's currently marked as "In-Progress".

Swiping or any other way to mark a task as "closed" within the Android app without having click through to the actual task would be great. Great work so far guys. Keep it coming! :)
