We received an email on October 19, 2026 saying our workspace was upgraded to a new Business plan for free until October 11, 2027. After that date the price rises from $12 to $16 per user per month.

We don’t need the added features (AI, Artifacts, Creator Studio, Artisan and the rest). A free upgrade now followed by a price increase for features we didn’t ask for is not something we want.

Let existing customers keep their current Business plan and price, with no bundled additions. Offer the new features as optional add-ons or as a separate, higher-priced tier for the teams that want them.

Our team moved from Wrike to ClickUp because of this exact pattern of adding features and then raising prices. We will move away from ClickUp if the increase goes ahead. Many users need reliable core project management and don’t want to pay for additions they didn’t choose.
