When you open the Time Estimate field on a task with multiple assignees, you have to enter a numerical value for the overall task, which is then split evenly across all assignees before you can access assignee-specific fields.

We use ClickUp to track our overall project portfolio workload so those tasks always have multiple assignees with very different hours assigned to the task. We would like to open the Time Estimate field and immediately have the option to add a time estimate to a specific assignee, instead of having to add one to the task, then modify the estimate for each individual.
