Allow user to hide online/offline status

I have not explicitly allowed my employer to see when I'm online and when I'm not.
Having that information shared without my consent is an invasion of my privacy.
Please fix this.

This is a dealbreaker for any serious business. Please fix this or provide an alternative. I am cancelling my subscription today as we cannot function without this feature.

Absolutely agree. This is a critical feature. Users need to be able to control their online visibility. This has been a feature request since at least October 2019. It's now June 2023. Please elevate the importance of developing this absolutely necessary feature. This affects users privacy rights.
