We have a remote team that spans multiple time zones, and everybody has their own working schedule. When we're setting up recurring tasks, if we want it to skip non-working days, it only looks at what we have at the workspace level. It doesn't seem to take into account a person's actual schedule which means people are constantly coming back after their regular days off to overdue tasks.
