Allow lists inside quote blocks

Numbered and bulleted list formatting is removed when turned into a quote block. This is usually allowed in Markdown, so I don't know why it isn't allowed inside ClickUp Docs.

Justin Hunter: While I have you, has your team looked at all at implementing markdown math rendering? Most other markdown viewers have inline math and math blocks. Maybe these features can be implemented at the same time. I haven't seen any ClickUp staff activity on the several related feature requests: https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/markdown-math

Nathan Boyer: Good question! We're compiling all markdown improvements into a single Canny post. I'm going to merge that one as well. Rather than trying to tackle these one at a time, we would like to tackle them in bulk.
