Allow keyboard non-global keyboard shortcuts

I wish the keyboard shortcuts could be enabled just when the app is focused. The shortcuts were conflicting with apps I use regularly, however, right now it is an all-or-nothing situation with having them on.

I do not appreciate having Not-ClickUp in focus and having my keypresses intercepted by ClickUp unexpectedly (Cmd+E, Cmd+J).
I wish that was impossible without asking for user consent (@Apple) but since it is I come here to plead that you ask first instead of breaking my IDE keyboard shortcuts.

Hey there, I had this issue but you can customise the shortcut in settings (I forget where exactly but you'll find it if you dig around)
