It would be nice if there was a way where you could select multiple custom fields, of the same type, on the line chart.

We have custom fields that we use to identify what roles users have on our complex projects. We want to know how many projects they are assigned to, accounting for all of their role assignments. Right now we can only select a single field to group by, which only shows part of the picture. If we could select multiple people fields then we could see the total for each of them.

As an expanded ask, it would be great if the chart could show this subset of fields if a user was clicked on. I'm imagining if a line was selected it would show another graph showing the different field values (roles in our examples) for that user over the same period of time as the original graph.
